Begleitet werden Großdemonstrationen regelmäßig auch von Wasserwerfer der Polizei bzw. Bundespolizei . Insgesamt rund 150 Wasserwerfer-Fahrzeuge gibt es in Deutschland und alle werden bedient durch eine fünfköpfige Mannschaft. Die Reportage zeigt, wie diese Mannschaften ihren Einsatz trainieren. Ein Besuch auf dem Übungsgelände der Bundespolizeiabteilung Uelzen, am Rande der Lüneburger Heide. Die Namen der Wasserwerfer fahrenden Bundespolizisten wurden geändert.
